The global pandemic, coupled with a rash of natural disasters has proven that it’s critical for today’s businesses to have a solid solution in place to physically protect and recover their data. A 2020 IDC survey on the cost of downtime found that companies had 43 hours of unplanned downtime a year due to server issues, 47 hours due to storage, and 51 hours due to networks.
